		<description><![CDATA[What are the problems!!If it is the same recurring ones I feel they have to do with keeping Vistage/TEC clean and chairs inspired, and hdq making money.
In my experience when staff delegates up it is because of fear of failure if the boss&#039; idea differs from the staff members and past differences have resulted in job loss.&#039;
a bunch of that has happened at hdq.
It is lonely at the top.
If I was his chair we would be processing it.
Hope it gets better--it effects us all.
