		<description><![CDATA[Tom - great connection here in your post.  In my experience I have found that the bulk of motivational and management issues are tied to a poor hiring decision where somebody who is not fit for the job is hired anyway.

&quot;Wes&#039;&quot; comment about filling a position as quick as possible greatly adds to the chances of hiring a poorly fit team member.  The advice I always give my clients is this:  &quot;Not hiring is better than hiring the wrong person for the job&quot;
