It really helps those of us who finally have learned exactly what you are saying because our mentors, associates long ago SAID THE EXACT SAME THINGS. The blog makes it easy to send to them and say, &quot;I&#039;m sorry and thank you for telling me in the first place.  NOW I know what you meant!&quot; That is such a blessing.

I am sooooo glad I didn&#039;t post what I was going to yesterday morning. I wished that I had a more PC way of putting &quot;In Spite of Discouragement&quot;. My response was going to be, &quot;In Spite of Discouragement&quot;, a.k.a. &quot;Because I Want To.&quot;

&quot;Internal Reward&quot; is a way to say it that doesn&#039;t causes defensiveness in someone who wouldn&#039;t be otherwise. Well done!

I do hope that you don&#039;t have to explain too much, Tom. Then again, there&#039;s no such thing as too much once we finally get it.
