		<description><![CDATA[History repeats itself if we don&#039;t listen to lessons learned.  I would include in that phrase, &quot;listen to best practices learned&quot;.  If we don&#039;t take best practices and apply what we can from these lessons learned, businesses have a greater chance of repeating the same mistakes.  I agree with Tom in the respect thatpast experiences won&#039;t cover all of the basis (ex:  Jack Welch&#039;s style of management is much different than Immelt&#039;s - who has seen a more profound growth under his management style), but if we&#039;re all in business - we should share what we know to help others who don&#039;t know...yet.]]></description>
